The following stations are available at a per person price. They will be set up at various locations throughout your banquet room, starting and stopping at your designated time frame. Carriage Greens offers this Station Menu for parties of 50 or more, with a minimum of 2 entree stations.

The Italian:
• Pan Sautéed Pasta with your choice of sauces
• Caprese Salad with buffalo mozzarella, plum tomatoes and basil
• Traditional Caesar Salad
• Bruschetta

• Beef and Chicken Stir Fry with oriental vegetables and rice

• Guacamole Bar with chips
• Soft or hard shell tacos with traditional ingredients

The American:
• Homemade sheet pan pizza
• Mini all beef burgers
• Cocktail franks with spicy mustard

The Greek:
• Flaming Saganaki
• Sliced Lamb with Couscous
• Pita Bread with Humus spread

The Cold Plate:
• Fresh assortment of imported cheeses, farm vegetables and delicatessen meats

The Kabob:
• Grilled Amish chicken kabobs with teriyaki sauce
• Seared beef kabobs with tomatoes and green peppers
• Fresh fish kabobs with grilled oranges

The Ballpark:
• Grilled Kosher dogs

The Tavern:

Seafood Bar:

The Luge Slide:
• Ice sculptures to drink through. Perfect for chilling your favorite shots including: vodka, tequila, or Jagermeister and more.
If count is under 100 people it is a $500 flat rate. Otherwise it is $5 Per Person.

The Chocolate Bar:
• Our fabulous chocolate fountain with semi-sweet chocolate served with skewers of strawberries and creampuffs, pineapple, marshmallows and pretzels for dipping.
If under 100 people, $500 flat rate; else $5 per person
